Module 21: Adaptability & Flexibility

Adaptability is the ability to adjust effectively to new conditions, situations, or environments. Flexibility is the willingness to change plans, methods, or opinions in response to new information or circumstances. In essence, it's about embracing change rather than resisting it, and finding a way forward when the original plan goes awry. For a seafarer, this means being nimble in mind and action, much like a vessel that must change course to avoid a squall.
